VOSHAPE is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unworn, unwashed with the tag intact.

• Unwashed, unworn items with hygiene seal must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• We are unable to accept damaged, worn, or washed merchandise with removed VOSHAPE hygiene seal.
• Domestic returns are processed within 5-10 days of receipt and confirmation of good standing. Ship intact items with returns label for exchange or refund.
• For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse refunds for merchandise without the protective VOSHAPE hygiene strip. If the item has been tampered with, it may be shipped back to sender.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY
We do not provide international labels or free return labels for international customers. We also do not offer exchanges to international customers at the moment. All international customers are welcome to return the items via a carrier of choice.
Please note: customers are responsible for tracking and covering the cost of shipping.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Products that meet the unwashed, unworn, and hygiene tag criteria are eligible for return or exchange. We typically process returns 5-10 days after receipt of approved merchandise. Refund time depends on the choice of bank or credit card institution. Approved items will be exchanged via mail at customers’ request.
